Monthly Build Competition (May, 2014) - Month 1

After the great success of the first Weekly Build Competition, it is time for the Monthly Build Competition! We are going to be trying out some new things this time around, so we'll see how it turns out! Working as a team is encouraged this time, and remember, you have (almost) an entire month to work!

Theme: Rome
Start Date: 5/1/14
End Date: 5/26/14
Results: 5/30/14
Rules:

1. You are only allowed one plot.
   
2. You may work as a team, as long as you register as a team and agree to split the profits evenly.
   
3. The entry fee is 400r.
   
4. Your build will be judged in Cobbleton's official Resource Pack.
   
5. Your builds will be rated by your peers. (This is an idea I've been thinking about, if it doesn't work out, we will use the same method that has been used by the Weekly Competition).

Remember, the Monthly Build Competition is supposed to be a broad topic. Try and showcase your abilities! Whether it is building statues, exterior detail, interior planning, or even redstone mechanics, feel free to let your mind wander, as long as you can link it with the theme!

Also remember, if I was unclear, that your build does not have to be classified as "Roman" or something you'd see in Rome. It's more inspiration than anything else, but it should be at least based on something that you think of when you hear the word Rome or a picture or something similar. If you have any questions about what constitutes as being tied to the word "Rome" feel free to ask me!
