Can we add some decorative player heads?

I've seen plugins and even command blocks being able to spawn in some pretty cool player heads that map makers use. Is there any way we can get these on the server? I would like them to not just be spawnable, but to be actually earned by server events, contests, or somehow created in survival. Thanks

How would you use such player heads? What would be the purpose of adding them in?

One use would be having arrows for pointing to places in the nether hub. Or putting some of the food items in a kitchen.

I think that's for the vanilla implementation. Plugins might work, regardless if it works I'm going to be implementing it either tonight(05/09/2015) or tomorrow(05/10/2015).

This has been added. Use /buyhead to get your heads. Heads cost ♦10. So they come pretty cheap for all your decorating needs!
