Blocks
~ Made Lapis Ore look more blue instead of purple
~ Changed default Prismarine texture to a default 32x32 texture
~ Updated Wooden Trap Doors to look more like shutters, requested by Blaynii
~ Added Dark Oak, Acacia, and Birch doors

Items
~ Lapis matches the blue Lapis Ore block instead of being purple
~ Added Dark Oak, Acacia, and Birch doors item equivalents
