Probably lost a potential =/

I signed on and saw a visitor on, they seemed very interested until they asked the question I knew they'd ask, server activity. I told them my experience I've been having recently when I sign on... he thanked me and left. I know there are some places that the server doesn't like to advertise on because of maturity reasons but that just means mods need to be on a lil more or recruit more. I've seen more admins talk on the web than actually coming onto the server. I know the saying "A few good ones are better  than a lot of bad ones" but, we seem to be getting less and less "few good ones" and more "ghost server". I love this server and despite its bleakness I still keep  puttering around and building mundane things, but it does get a bit depressing. I know this server deserves a lot more, the owner is trying and improving things but a lot of it is going unshined as people log in, see no one, and go. I fell in love with this server because I signed in, and a lot of folks were on and got greeted largely, and it continued so I settled down... but the numbers have been dropping.. heck the people I was starting to consider as friends have gone away and only people who don't really talk sign in.. there is only actually 1 sometimes 2 people who actively chat with me. If I can help in some way, just tell me how.

Sorry boiler, I just started a new engineering job, and as you can probably imagine I have a lot of homework to do! But I'll get on when I can!

Yea I wanted to advertise a bit on Reddit but the mcserver rules state you have to be staff/admin of the server you are promoting.
