Map Question

Hey, maybe I am just getting old, but I don't understand how to register for the map or how to generate a code for the registration, can someone explain this to me?  I would be grateful.

First go to http://map.cobbleton.com, then get in-game on cobbleton and type /dynmap webregister. It'll give you a code that's eight digits. Four digits then a hyphen then four more digits. Type that code with the hyphen into the registration part of the map on the bottom. Then type your minecraft username for the user ID and whatever password you want. Then click register. If you have any problems with it, let me know.

Yeah they should really have a better explanation on that page.
