Changelog: April 2014

Hey, guys -- Moe made a post about some of the changes Cobbleton's going to be seeing soon, but I thought I'd sum everything up in a nice changelog format.

-- Added Factions to the server
-- Removed GriefPrevention -- all previously protected claims are now unprotected.
-- "No Griefing" rule has been removed.  Griefing outside of faction protection is now allowed.
-- Players can now create their own faction for a one-time donation of $15.
-- Players can upgrade their factions for a discounted low rate of $2.50 per player!
-- To welcome factions, MoMoe and I have created the Admin Overlord faction
-- Admins in the Admin Overlord faction are allowed to fly, spawn in diamond weapons, and control the power of lightning.
-- Added deathban to the server.  If you are killed, you are permanently banned.
-- Added deathshop: deathbans can be removed for the low, exponential rate of $25
-- Removed diamonds from worldgen
-- Unique offer: diamonds can now be found in the Cobbleton shop for only $10 per diamond!
-- Village trading re-enabled
-- Villagers now sell all products for the low rate of $2.50
-- Added new ranks
-- New Rank: Builder can be purchased for only $10
-- The "Builder" rank is required to build anything on the server
-- New Rank: Builder ++ can be purchased for only $25
-- New Rank: Junior Moderator can be purchased for only $50
-- Junior Moderators can kick and ban
-- New Rank: Moderator can be purchased for only $100
-- New Rank: "Admin" can be purchased for only $250
-- Admins have access to all commands
-- New Rank: "Super Admin" can be purchased for only $500
-- Super Admins can ban admins.
-- New Rank: "Super Duper Admin" can be purchased for only $1000
-- Super Duper Admins can ban Super Admins.
-- New Rank: "xXx AdMiN eXtReMe xXx" for only $15000
-- xXx AdMiN eXtReMe xXxs can ban Super Duper Admins.
-- Players who do not donate within a month of this update will be banned, but may be unbanned for a discounted rate.
-- Now Selling: Super Pro PvP Package
-- The Super Pro PvP Package includes all diamond items with every enchantment and can be purchased for the low price of $45.  Disappears on death.
-- Disabled loot-drops for non donors.
-- Made Resource World only accessible to Builder++ and above.
-- Made the Nether only accessible to Builder++ and above.
-- Only Moderators can ride horses.
