Moderator Guidelines: What to Expect When You're Moderating

Hey, moderators, future mods, and anyone else alike -- Moe and I felt it was necessary to create a post outlining the duties and expectations of mods on the server.  Let's go!

Mods are expected to:
- Pay attention to the complaints and requests of players
- Consult the rules before acting
- Act according to the rules
- Question the admins when rules aren't clear
- Abide themselves by the rules
- Be active enough on the server
- Familiarize themselves with basic commands
- Help

Mods are not expected to:
- Act against or above the rules
- Ban, kick or punish without reason
- Moderate beyond their own means (no time clocks or work hours -- moderate as you play!)
- Berate or act rudely towards other players

We want moderators to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helpful to staff and players alike, but we also want to make sure that our moderators are still able to have fun and enjoy Cobbleton and its atmosphere.  We hope this helps.  Thank you!
