It has cydia on it so it's a jailbroken iPhone. The particular name of the icon pack I don't know.

The pack is Enkelt Neue by Marc Bouchenoire. It's available on cydia. Some of the icons are my own.

Heres my current Desktop..
Its a Edited GT6 Photomode picture that i've poached from gtplanet.
Just installed my new graphics card too, Normally have 2 monitors too, but i need to get an adaptor for the 2nd, if i even bother since its only 1366x768.
